We are currently looking for a manager of the after-sales warranty activity (M / F) to ensure and control all the activities inherent to the coverage of guarantees (constitution of the file, control, invoicing …)
MAIN CHALLENGES –
_ You support receivers and producers on a daily basis in order to ensure compliance with warranty procedures imposed by the manufacturer,
_ Check the authenticity and validity of the customer’s request and centralize orders,
_ Proceed with the IT integration of the parts received,
_ Establishment and monitoring of the processing of warranty files / control of warranty files from approved repairers, invoicing, verification of compliance of the file,
_ Optimize warranty services and customer satisfaction,
_ Advise the workshop and provide the required information: repairs, special after-sales solutions,
_ Application of the quality procedures in force in the company.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS –
_ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
_ Knowledge of Harley-Davidson products a major asset.
_ Knowledge of invoicing and guaranteed procedures
_ Good command of IT tools
_ Analytical mind
_ Good interpersonal skills and listening skills
_ Organization and rigor
_ Bilingual (an asset at Laval)
